What are your shipping fees?
Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, we offer flat rate shipping for orders under $50 and free shipping on all orders over $50. 

Merchandise Value $0-$49.99 (After any discounts and before taxes)
= Shipping fee of $6.50

Merchandise Value $50.00 and up (After any discounts and before taxes)
= Shipping fee of $0.00

What is your return policy?

We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee. If you for any reason are unhappy with your purchase just get in touch through our return form with us before the end of 30 days from receiving your shipment and we will walk you through the return process. (Shipment is considered received upon tracking showing it as "Delivered" or "Picked Up")

For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package to us, inspect your return and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Do you do offer a warranty?
We also offer a 1 year warranty on fabric integrity and stitching. This covers tears in the silk fabric or stitching issues due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover incorrectly laundering your silk fabric, incorrectly storing your silk fabric or rips or tears in fabric because of sharp or excessive force (ie: getting your pillowcase caught in the zipper of a suitcase etc).

Do you do back orders?
No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock the our Customer Loyalty Team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item or if you would like to cancel your order.

Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
If the price on our website drops within 10 days of purchasing the item, we will be happy to refund you the difference in price. Simply contact our team by chat, phone, or email, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Do you offer Live Chat support?
Yes we do! To get in contact with one of our live chat specialists while online, look for the Live contact us button. If you reach us outside of work hours you'll have the option to leave a message with your contact information and one of us will get back to you ASAP

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
There is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of all of our marketing email communications. Click this link and follow the steps to successfully unsubscribe from future marking emails. Email and other communications in reference to an order, a payment or shipping information as well as replies to communications sent by you do not apply and cannot be opted out of.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. Our inventory is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
We are very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Visit us daily to know about the latest updates of our collections.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Any applicable tax will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.

What can cause my order to be delayed?
1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
2. We all love sending gifts to others much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
